"I recently transferred existing policies from a different State Farm office to this one and could not be happier! Becky and Keith have quickly and accurately answered all of our questions and have even helped with an existing claim -- they have both been available and responsive and have done the little things that make a difference in their customers' experiences but that unfortunately aren't consistent across offices. Also, we do not live in Columbus, so FYI that's it's not necessary that your insurance agent be local."

"A couple months ago , Malika Smith helped me get coverage for car insurance. She is very friendly and made me feel welcomed. She has helped me save A LOT of money on my insurance compared to my previous insurance. Saving money is really what is needed in this economy. This office is THE BEST insurance company I’ve had by far! I also wanted to recognize Keith Blount. Keith Blount was also a great help!!!! His professionalism is fantastic and beyond amazing. I needed documents for a personal matter and he delivered in a timely manner. I have NEVER seen someone that quick with providing information I needed to submit by a certain time frame. I was on the phone with him and no later than 10 minutes he had documents sent via email. This crew works well together it seems like! What a great team !!!"
