"Savanna Barker is extraordinary! She was incredibly helpful, explained everything I was uncertain about, and was so patient. I really want to keep this insurance here because of her mainly. I had a couple of less expensive quotes earlier on, but I picked State Farm specifically because of Savanna. She kept in touch with me even when I was out of the loop, and she was like a "one stop shop" in answering questions not only about my car insurance but also about my homeowner's insurance and even about life insurance, not just for me but also for my three adult daughters and my great-niece (who I am the legal guardian of) and my new grandson! She is a winner in every sense of the word!"

"Our daughter’s back window exploded we think from the defroster and she was scheduled to go out of town the next morning. We were also out of town at the time. We contacted Shayla at Becky Goldsmith’s office for help. Even though the cost of repair was less than our deductible, she immediately called her contact at Safelite. Because of her relationship with that office, Safelite ordered the glass and scheduled my daughter for first thing the following morning. Her back glass was replaced and she left immediately following. Shayla didn’t have to do this since we didn’t make a claim, but she went above and beyond to help us out. Without her, it would not have been possible to get it done this quick. Thank you Shayla and Becky you are the best and our family appreciates you very much.
