"Today was great day!!!!The customer service experience was unmatched. My first regret is not checking with them over a year ago. I received insurance price lower for my home and the same price for my car insurance. The best part about the home insurance is that I can pay monthly . It’s the same coverage I had prior to State Farm. The last company wanted yearly payments . It’s the holidays and monthly works better for me. She explained the products well to me as well when it came to increasing coverage or decreasing. I didn’t feel like a number. I felt like a real customer with personalized service. Which is rare these days. Thank you again ladies !!!"

"Savanna Barker is extraordinary! She was incredibly helpful, explained everything I was uncertain about, and was so patient. I really want to keep this insurance here because of her mainly. I had a couple of less expensive quotes earlier on, but I picked State Farm specifically because of Savanna. She kept in touch with me even when I was out of the loop, and she was like a "one stop shop" in answering questions not only about my car insurance but also about my homeowner's insurance and even about life insurance, not just for me but also for my three adult daughters and my great-niece (who I am the legal guardian of) and my new grandson! She is a winner in every sense of the word!"
